• Task content: the videos you upload, plus the generated subtitles and dubs, used to process your localization requests.
• Telemetry: to improve the product, we log frontend errors (message, stack, page) and anonymous behavioral metrics (funnel, payment conversion) and generate a device_id for correlation. No direct personal identifiers are included.

Data storage & security

Data is stored in controlled cloud storage and databases; transfers use encrypted connections. We retain data only as necessary to provide the service, and manage retention per plan and legal requirements.

Your rights

• You can request to view or delete your account data anytime via "Contact us / Feedback".
• You may decline non-essential telemetry (some experience may be affected).
